Based in the Shenandoah Valley and working across the DMV and destinations further out, Taylored Society builds days that feel like they were always meant to happen exactly this way.
Our philosophy
Some couples know exactly what they want and just need someone to make it real. Others have a feeling; a color, a mood, a memory .. and need help turning it into a day. Either way, our work lives in the space between logistics and emotion, because we believe they were never meant to be separate.

Someone who takes your vision, or just a vibe and a few reference photos, and turns it into a fully planned, fully designed wedding weekend, from the first vendor call to the last dance. This is our full-service offering: creative direction, vendor sourcing and management, budget and timeline oversight, and complete design and production, all handled on your behalf, so you can actually enjoy your engagement.
From our very first conversation, we're gathering everything that makes your story yours: your taste, your history, the small things you didn't think to mention .. and building it into a wedding experience that's entirely your own, with a little of our own creative instinct layered in along the way. The result is a day, and a journey to get there, that feels memorable and immersive from start to finish.

Perfect for: the couple who's already booked their vendors and made their big decisions, and now wants an expert hand to bring it all together, so the only job left on the wedding day is to be present.
This is our wedding coordination offering: vendor confirmation, timeline creation, rehearsal direction, and full on-site coordination for your wedding day - so you can actually be a guest at your own wedding instead of running it. We step in during the final weeks before your wedding, gather everything you've already put in place, and execute it flawlessly on the day itself, cutting off any well-meaning relative who tries to hand us a clipboard. If your planning has left a few gaps along the way, we also offer additional planning hours to layer onto this package, giving you exactly the support you need without paying for services you don't.

This is our design offering: a curated color and design direction, mood boards, and a clear creative plan built entirely around your vision: so every vendor you hire afterward is working from the same beautiful blueprint. We take what's already in your head .. the inspiration photos, the half-formed ideas, the things you know you don't want .. and turn it into a design plan that feels intentional, not accidental. You handle the planning. We'll make sure it looks like you hired someone to design it, because you did.
